Does my subscription include every Purpellish service?
The Purpellish model gives businesses access to multiple digital capabilities, but the actual work performed depends on the selected plan, priorities, available capacity and agreed scope. It does not mean every capability runs simultaneously or without limits.
How do you decide what gets worked on first?
We align on your current goals and requirements, identify the work that deserves attention and create priorities around the available capacity and scope of your plan.
Can my priorities change?
Yes. Flexibility is one of the reasons the subscription model exists. If your business priorities change, we can reassess where the team's attention should go within the scope of your engagement.
Which plan should I start with?
Launch is aimed at businesses strengthening their digital foundation. Growth is the main plan for consistent ongoing execution. Scale is designed for deeper and broader requirements, while Enterprise is built around larger or specialised needs. If you're unsure, talk to us and we'll recommend a suitable starting point.
Is advertising spend included in the monthly price?
No, unless your specific agreement explicitly says otherwise. Advertising and media budgets paid to platforms are separate from Purpellish's service fee.
Are domains, hosting and paid tools included?
Third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, premium tools, software or external platforms may be separate where required. Applicable costs should be discussed before they are incurred.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or sales?
No. Digital performance depends on many factors outside any agency's control, including the market, competition, offer, budget and customer behaviour. Purpellish focuses on responsible execution, improvement and growth rather than promising a guaranteed commercial outcome.
What if my requirements don't fit a standard plan?
That's what Enterprise is for. If your requirements involve greater capacity, specialised work, complex workflows or a different engagement structure, we can discuss a custom scope.
